2. Overview
You can use this website without telling us who you are. We do not use cookies for visitors, no analytics or tracking tools, and no fonts or content from other servers. We only process personal data in the cases described below.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. ALL-INKL processes the data on our behalf. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
Each time a page is requested, the server automatically stores:
– the IP address, shortened (the last two parts are set to 0),
– date and time,
– the page requested and the amount of data transferred,
– the page you came from (referrer),
– browser and operating system.
From this data the server also creates summary access statistics, which only we can see.
Purpose: secure and reliable operation of the website, troubleshooting. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure operation of the website. The log files are deleted after about 6 months.
4. Contact form
When you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, your e-mail address and your message (required fields), and your company and phone number if you enter them. We do not store your IP address.
Purpose: handling your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry aims at a contract with us, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is answering your enquiry.
The message is sent by e-mail to our office and also stored in the website's database. In the database it is deleted automatically after 6 months. We keep the e-mail for as long as we need it for your enquiry, and beyond that only where statutory retention periods require it.
To protect against spam, the form checks whether JavaScript is active and how quickly the form was filled in. No cookies are set for this, and no data is passed to third parties.
5. Cookies
This website sets no cookies for visitors. Only logged-in editors receive a technically necessary session cookie. Vimeo may set cookies if you play a video (see section 6).
6. Video from Vimeo
On the project page "Coworking in the country" we show a video from Vimeo (Vimeo.com, Inc., New York, USA). The video only loads when you click "Play video". Only then does your browser connect to Vimeo. Your IP address, among other data, is transferred to Vimeo, and Vimeo may set cookies.
The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Vimeo is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information in Vimeo's privacy policy: https://vimeo.com/privacy
7. Encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise it by "https://" in your browser's address bar.
Please note that data transmitted over the internet (e.g. by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, write to us at the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin, Germany.
